Who We Are
All of the major principles in the Funfair Hire Co. come from the fairground industry. We can all trace our roots back through generations of entertaining the public. Our first site funfairgames.net was set up in an attempt to present a more professional approach to the process of obtaining funfair rides and games for your event. Initially that site dealt with enquiries for everything ranging from a single ride for a private party to a major funfair presentation.
The growth in the use of funfair rides for corporate entertainment has been spectacular, leading us to create this mini site specifically for clients from the corporate world. If you require attractions for a family fun day, product launch or exhibition then we can not only supply and operate them for you, we can help you with the initial planning of the event, and also source all of the ancillary items such as marquees, security fencing waste disposal etc.
At the same time the Funfair Hire site was created, we launched a second company, Candy Floss Crazy. This was intended originally to wholesale candy floss, and provide limited production runs of custom printed tubs of candy floss, ideal for a give-away at an exhibition. With the massive increase in work our parent company received, Candy Floss Crazy was eventually restructured to provide candy floss carts, funfair rides and games specifically for weddings and private parties.
Since then both the private and corporate sections of our enterprises have grown spectacularly, with the corporate hire side posting a 2000% increase in bookings during 2006. By May 2007 we had already surpassed the workload for the whole of 2006, and this is set to be another record year for us.
