We offer a complete range of catering units, from a juice and smoothy bar to a standard unit supplying burger and chips. All of our catering units are available for hire for corporate events such as college balls or company fundays or can be supplied to fete’s, galas or any other community event. Choosing Quality Catering
Choosing the correct caterer is one of those decisions that can make or break an event. People left feeling hungry after a poor meal seldom really feel like having a good time on the other attractions, and in really severe cases a poor quality caterer lacking in hygiene can put an entire sales force out of commission, not really good for your companies image.
Traditionally fairground catering units tended to be of the sell everything variety, indeed many units of this sort still operate and provide an excellent all round choice for a late night freshers event, or all day family funday.
For those more upmarket bashes there are now a large number of specialist catering units within the fairground industry, from Real German Sausage (bratwurst etc.) through doughnuts and panini’s to a specialist continental coffee vendor, we can provide any and all of them.
All of our own catering units along with those we subcontract in carry full public liability insurance, along with electrical safety certificate and the required health and hygiene qualifications.
It’s always worth asking for references from other clients when looking into catering, or ask if you can see the unit in operation at an existing event.
From November 2007 all of our catering operation will be switching where possible to Fairtrade products as part of our long term commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
