Well we've just made it back from the World Rowing Championships at Dorney Lake near Eton. The event turned out to be a good one for us, with us being paid to attend and also charging the public (albeit at a reduced rate). We also tried out a couple of new concepts whilst we were there, these proved to work quite well so we will be incorporating them into some future events. If we told you what they were now, then they wouldn't be new by the time we wanted to use them again.
The Eton event seemed to go particularly well. The organisers expressed their pleasure at everything and the feedback we received from the public was excellent. Our vehicles racked up over 2000 miles between them with only 1 failure (a puncture and a damaged bearing on the toyset) so that was quite good. We trialled the use of Sat Nav whilst we were in the London area, and are now going to fit our vehicles with them as they proved their worth time and again.
We have just landed another big corporate job in the North East, we can't release details yet, but when we can it will involve us presenting attractions in a venue that to the best of our knowladge has never hosted funfair equipment of any kind.
