Our preferred method of communications tends to be email, as this allows us to sort a quote out and supply in depth details to possible clients, along with images and other documentation. We are however cogniscent of the fact that over the last few years there has been an upsurge in instant messaging services. As a result we are now trialling instant messaging on a couple of our websites to see if it is a convenient method for some of our clients to use.
