I was doing quite well this season in so much as I hadn't added too many new lines to our portfolio. Well I did launch a mobile bar business, added Belgian Waffles, and Marquee hire, oh and pick and mix, Crazy golf and remote control boats, but that was all (unless you count the Pimms stall and Jagermeister cart, but I think they can be lumped with the Bar services).
Due to demand however we are now adding 3 new lines this week, these will consist of Nachos, Jacket Potato cart and Chipstix (a potato cut into a long spiral and then deep fried and seasoned).
The first of these ready is our new jacket potato carts, we are using the Queen Victoria Potato Bakers as the standard potato oven due the their good looks, ease of use and the fact that they fit in nicely with our Victorian style carts. The Nachos and Chipstix should be ready by the end of the week.
