We have just completed the first in a new line of catering units. These are designed to look like our existing Victorian Style candy floss carts, but they have 2 unique differences. Firstly they can be completely disassembled and pack into the back of a hatchback car. This increases the viable range that we can supply carts to and reduces the operating costs. Secondly the carts are designed to act like a Swiss army knife. The top counter and back panel are interchangeable with a range of systems we have constructed. This means that a single cart can be supplied as a candy floss cart, german sausage bar, ice cream unit, popcorn, French crepes or a coffee unit, with other options to be added in the near future.
